Methodology:
We develop an integral strengthening process based on a constructivist and experiential methodology that allows participants to be an active part of the process, analyzing, proposing and building new ways of connecting, working and achieving results.
We use in the process methodologies and tools of Management 3.0, Lego Serioys Play, Scrum, Maxwell, among others that allow us to generate innovative, dynamic and effective spaces.
We work with small teams of a maximum of 30 people to achieve greater effectiveness in the interventions.
