Route for the development of competencies needed in the work environment to improve productivity, strengthen relationships and achieve human and business growth.
Our objective is to offer a training path for our employees that allows them to strengthen their soft skills, acquire tools to be more productive and achieve better results.
Methodology:
The program includes 9 experiential workshops that will address topics of great interest to the company, its work teams and the people who make up the company.
Through dynamics and practical exercises in each workshop, participants will be able to build their development path that will allow them to strengthen their competencies for a better individual, group and organizational performance.
100% practical content, based on an experiential and constructivist methodology, which conceives the development of the self and its learning as a process of permanent construction where meaning is generated from individual and collective experience.

Service attitude
Station 1 in this challenge, participants will learn the value of service in daily actions to generate a service culture in the organization.
Interpersonal relationships
Station 2: in this challenge, employees will acquire tools to facilitate interaction with their peers, strengthening the organizational climate.
Communication
Station 3: In this challenge, participants will strengthen relational communication, empathy and active listening.
Leadership
Station 4: In this challenge, the participants will identify their leadership style and how to ptencialize it for better results.
Productivity
Station 5: In this challenge, participants will find in discipline and effective time management the ideal tools to improve productivity.
Troubleshooting
Station 6: In this challenge, participants will learn techniques to effectively manage difficult situations.
Change
Station 7: In this station, participants will face challenges to manage change as an opportunity for growth.
Innovation
Station 8: In this workshop participants will be challenged to think outside the box.
Teamwork
Station 9: At this station, all of the above elements come together to strengthen the ability to work together towards the same goal.
