Integral leadership program

Our proposal is based on an integral leadership model, which seeks to strengthen leadership competencies from BEING to DOING, in four dimensions or strategic relationships.

Our objective is to develop an intervention program to strengthen leadership in the company as a fundamental part of the strategic process of human and organizational development, allowing the company's leaders to have clarity on the competencies required to perform the role.

Methodology:

We develop an integral strengthening process that allows aligning the leadership style based on the culture and objectives of the organization, generating commitment, connection and permanent development.

Through a training cycle of 4 sessions framed in 4 modules, we were able to raise awareness and lay the groundwork to initiate a process of continuous development of the leadership competencies that the company wants to enhance in its tactical-strategic team.

Scope

The workshops contain practical activities that seek to sensitize participants to the development of leadership competencies, allowing an approach and knowledge of the main needs to give continuity or deepen the issues that require greater focus. Each session generates tasks or action plans.
