Work environment measurement
Our main focus in the measurement and management of the work environment is in the opportunity to build together the best place to work, involving all the actors of the process: employees, leaders, managers, in all dimensions; from the individual, where each one contributes with their actions, through the group construction of each work team (microclimates) until reaching the organization as a whole, taking into account its dynamics, styles and particular characteristics. For this reason we consider that the construction of work climate is a unique process that each organization must manage.
Objectives:
1. To know the perception of the collaborators (What?)
To obtain information about the perception of the work environment of the collaborators in relation to the dimensions and variables that constitute it.
2. Monitor microclimates (Where?)
Recognize the perception of the work environment in the different locations of the organization.
3. Build plans (What for?)
Obtain information that allows the construction of specific and strategic plans for intervention and continuous improvement of the work environment.
Our measurement model
1. Individuals
Perception of the relationship with oneself, one's behaviors and expectations.
2. The team
Perception of the relationship established with the immediate work team and its dynamics.
3. The organization
Perception of the employee's relationship with the company and its relationship.
Work climate monitoring structure
We developed a work environment monitoring model that allows us to have permanent indicators to make timely decisions.
Work climate measurement model
The model used for the measurement contemplates 5 main dimensions that determine the work climate of a company: interpersonal relations, communication, recognition, commitment and leadership (at the base of the model). on these dimensions the perception of each collaborator will be collected in relation to individual construction (their contribution), team construction and organizational construction.
In this way, to achieve an integral commitment both in the measurement and construction of the company's work environment.

Instrument measurement model
We developed a measurement model totally flexible and adaptable to the needs of the company, which allows to know the level of favorability of the work environment of the company in a clear and effective way.
Elements of the evaluation
- The survey is composed of 60 items (12 per category).
- The opinion is personal and confidential.
- Our platform allows the inclusion of new variables or adjustments to the model according to the client's expectations.

Measurement process
The measurement process will be carried out in four stages, as described below:
