1. Evaluation of candidates
The evaluation of candidates is a service that we offer to those clients who have already advanced the selection process, have pre-selected candidates that need to be evaluated at a behavioral level; we evaluate their psychological profile, their competencies and level of adjustment to the position. The evaluation process includes:
Competency-based interviews
It seeks to validate through the candidate's life, work and academic history the development of the main soft skills required by the position, thus allowing to predict the candidate's future performance.
Application of psycho-technical tests
Psychometric tests are used to identify the candidate's psychological profile, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement for the position for which he/she is applying. It includes personality, values, competencies and IQ tests. The most suitable tests are chosen according to the profile of the position.
2. Complete selection process
This service includes a comprehensive, structured and rigorous process to find the right candidates according to the profile required by the company in 3 stages:
Phase 1: Attraction
- Kick-off meeting: Understanding the profile and defining the schedule.
- Recruitment: Publication, review in Nice People's database and talent pool.
- Pre-selection of candidates: Review, analysis and pre-selection of candidates according to the established profile.
Phase 2: Evaluation
- Psychotechnical evaluation: Application of psychometric tests (personality test, values, IQ, etc.).
- Interview: In-depth interview and competency-based interview.
- Technical Test: Application of the technical test defined by the company.
Phase 3: Closing the process
- Delivery of Reports: Evaluation report and adjustment to the profile of the shortlist of top-performing candidates
- Final interviews: A final validation by the company is scheduled in order to select the suitable candidate for the position from the shortlist.
- Closing: The company makes the final decision and a closing mail is sent (Satisfaction Survey).
