Our History

Nice People arises from the partners' experience in attracting, developing, and retaining talents in the technology and services industry. We began our story in 2013 in one of the most significant IT clusters in Colombia: ParqueSoft, a platform that allowed us to become allies for various companies within the national network of technology parks.

In 2015, we began offering services outside of Colombia. Peru, Mexico, and the United States were the first countries where we assisted clients with matters related to the selection of IT talents and organizational change management.

In 2016, we began to expand in the North American market, and in 2021, we opened an office in Miami to serve new clients in the United States through our IT Recruitment, Staffing, and Nearshoring processes.

Since then, we haven't stopped opening new frontiers. In 2022, we had our first client in Europe (In Malta). In 2023, we began to enter the market in Spain.

For 2024, we aim to keep creating opportunities in Europe and Asia, as we aspire to persist in connecting the best technology companies with the finest talent globally.

Consultant with more than 15 years of experience working and leading Human resources processes especially in training and development field as an employee and as a consultant. Strong strategic skills for consulting companies on human resources processes.

With more than 20 years in the technology industry in people management positions, I have strong experience in recruitment processes, human development, team building, and work environment management, helping my clients and partners to build highly effective teams and happy places to work.

I have more than 10 years of professional experience in human management, accompanying and leading processes culture and environment, development and training programs based in soft skills, coaching, change, knowledge management and recruiting.
