Strengthening of teams
Intervention Model:
Our team strengthening proposal is based on a permanent and integral construction process, where all team members are protagonists of the change, therefore, their contribution, participation and commitment are of vital importance to achieve results.
Team Strengthening Model
Our empowerment model is based on five key elements that must be in balance to achieve highly productive and happy teams:
- Communication
- Interpersonal Relationships
- Commitment
- Recognition
- Leadership
Objectives:
- To develop an integral strengthening process that allows connecting the team, strengthening relationships and emotional bonding to achieve a commitment at organizational level with the objectives and new challenges of the area.
- To build action plans oriented to the continuous improvement and strengthening of the team, with the participation and contribution of each member.
1. CONNECTION
It allows team members to connect emotionally, to achieve greater cohesion and teamwork. Connecting, recognizing and forgiving are the main challenges of this session.
2. STRENGTHENING:
Identifies the team's strengths and opportunities to generate plans and commitments that allow for continuous improvement.
3. FOLLOW-UP:
It allows accompanying the team in the development of the improvement plan, giving feedback and helping to make their plans effective.
4. EVALUATION AND CLOSURE:
It allows closing the intervention by reflecting on and evaluating the process, recognizing the progress made and generating new commitments to continue the improvement process, so that it is sustainable over time (sustainability plan).
Methodology
